Emerald Heating & Cooling has been making homes and families comfortable for over 10 years. The business was founded in 2000 by Marty and Carrie Sheehan, which they operated from their home.

As their family began to grow, so did the business. In order to further grow the business for their families’ future and continue servicing their current customer base, it became necessary to move out of the house and to grow a team.

In 2008, they purchased and completely remodeled a building at 5003 Broadway in Depew, NY.

Emerald Heating & Cooling now has a team of five and continues to grow. The new location is also home to a showroom which displays the products we have to offer you and your family.
