Manufactured homes have unique challenges when it comes to heating and cooling. Most homes have a furnace inside of a closet and space is very limited.

Emerald Heating and Cooling offers multiple ways to heat and cool your manufactured home. The High Efficiency furnaces are the most common units installed due to the high fuel costs associated with heating a manufactured home. Package systems are still available and provide that extra noise reduction for people who have the furnace too close to the bedroom. Every furnace installed comes with a new digital thermostat, custom sheet metal transitions, gas shutoffs, and all our furnaces have the option to add A/C in the future.

High Efficiency AFUE up to 92%
	• Most common systems being installed • Lowers the utility bills • Vent out of the house with PVC pipes • Eligible for rebates • Also called Condensing furnaces • Can have any AC unit attached to this system
Standard AFUE up to 82%
	• Typically the least expensive units to install • Vent into a steel roof jack • Usually installed in furnace closet • Can have any AC unit attached to this system
Package Units AFUE up to 82%
	• Combination Heating and AC unit • Placed outside on PVC or concrete pad • Attached to ductwork under home • Eliminate the furnace in the house
