Emerald Heating & Cooling promises you will be happy and satisfied with your new air conditioner, boiler, etc that we guarantee it.

  NO LEMON
If the heat exchanger on your new furnace or the compressor on your new air conditioner fails within 5 years of installation, we will replace the entire furnace or condensing unit.
  PERFORMANCE
If your equipment is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s manuals, we promise a temperature variance of no more than 3 degrees from your temperature selection to the actual temperature at your thermostat when you are heating or cooling your home. If the temperatures are not achieved, we will make any necessary modifications, repairs or replacements at no charge to you for a period of 5 years.
  MONEY BACK
If at any time during the first year of installation, you have a breakdown that cannot be repaired after the first service call; we will, within 30 days of your request, remove the system and replace it with a new one, or cheerfully refund the entire amount of the contract.
