Bryant air conditioner not cooling properly. Unit had a bad capacitor. Replace capacitor and tested all AC operations. Units compressor is burnt out. Left quote for a new air conditioner. Homeowner is going to review his options.

No heat. Replaced thermostat and replaced the thermostat wire

No heat. Units thermostat was disconnected from the wall and the wire were not making contact. Reinstalled thermostat and Reinstalled the 24 volt wire. Unit is now working properly
